The quality and the innovation are two characteristics which guide daily our work.
The quality, it is above all the quality of products. The entire product METACONCEPT is made by sites of production-partners in Europe, which were selected for their capacity to produce in a constant way a product answering very demanding specifications. All these specifications were elaborated by METACONCEPT in association with production sites to optimize the processes of manufacturing and end so in a very competitive value for money.
The quality, it is also the quality of the service. Several tens of tons of standard products are maintained in permanent stock to guarantee a stake in delivery that very day for any command (order) received before 12 am. One collects daily organized by an International carrier assure (insure) a delivery in J+1 in most of the French regions and in some bordering countries.
All these elements led (drove) us to begin(affect) an approach(initiative) of certification ISO9001:V2000 which was awarded to us in mid-January on 2008 and recently confirmed in January, 2009.
The innovation, it is the anticipation of the needs of the market. In this domain, METACONCEPT inquires daily waits (expectations) of the customers thanks to a sales force of commercial 9 "ground" and commercial sedentary 6. This concern(marigold) to be always in search of a novelty is then relieved with the various producing factories to succeed if possible for the realization of a new product. This permanent state of mind allowed us to propose unleaded products for more than 10 years, to launch on the market ecological flows as a replacement existing flows, to offer a service of recovery(recycling) of waste and generally speaking, to bring new solutions of our customers. Our last novelty is an unleaded alloy specially conceived for the costume jewellery and the silversmith's trade of art which gives a depiction in all respects comparable to products containing some lead (shot).
These investments allow us to check(control) quickly and exactly products entrants and outgoing and accelerate considerably the daily management of the flows of materials(subjects).
Our last investment, an analyzer of metals with fluorescence X completely portable, allows us to realize measures on the ground with a big flexibility while benefiting from a precision deserving of a device of laboratory.
